Leading Women (Education) is committed to growing 21st century leaders and to developing diverse leadership in our schools. This widens the pool of talented leaders who may take up the opportunities that headship brings and have a positive impact on schools and their young people.
We like to receive feedback on our work and the impact that it is having on school leaders and their schools. Therefore, we have developed a network of thinkers, researchers, school leaders and pioneers working in the field of leadership who meet to stimulate discussion, share ideas and research findings and consider the longer term impact of our work.
We commit to honouring the work of individuals and groups who may have been either consciously or unconsciously excluded from mainstream debate about the leadership landscape. We refer our clients to other organisations with relevant expertise whenever necessary.
