Research & Resources
We network with women undertaking research on headship and honour their work when disseminating their findings. We have undertaken research on gender equality ourselves and have published works accordingly.
Our CPDL programmes are evidence informed. We appreciate the willingness of our network and research colleagues in sharing their findings at conferences and summits. We continue to build a bank of speakers made up of leaders hitherto marginalised or invisible on conference platforms.
We intend to use this website to curate resources and to offer blog space and summary papers to those in our network in order to enrich our understanding of leadership theory and practice. We aim to address the marginalisation of research and resources in the field of diverse leadership.
